1)nepotism

Even nepotism exists in south films      Industry but stars in south prove they are talented they listen to director but in bollywood director listen to actors they don't give chance to new comers but in south it is reverse.

2) dubbed south flims

South movies which are dubbed in Hindi channels like for eg like merijung,aparichit,king, all these south movies have fan base in Hindi belt after that bahubhali 1 which made entry in theatre after this main game started bahubhali the conclusion which shattered the records of whole Indian film industry it given the impression of south flims large number of audience shift their interest tob South movies now YouTube Hindi dubbed movies also made a major contribution which ever movies are not pan India flims are dubbed in Hindi YouTube channel           NOTE:THANKS TO JIO FOR THIS

3)lack  of creativity

Bollywood director lacks creativity their don't know the basic characters of story
Because their don't know our cultures. Their follow western culture

Once status acquired in there heads the ego makes person disgusting lack creativity no respect to any one no hardwork only money important
