      Rition it will keep your skin healthy

 

 2) eat fruit and drink juice of fruits

      Eating fruits will keep you skin brighter

      It balance your body mood mentally and 

      Physically

       

 3) sleep well

      Sleep well it will keep your stress level

       Low and it will help your skin to look

       Fresh not like tired 


 4) do yoga

      Breathing correctly oxygen will spread        

      To whole body energize the whole brain 

      Giving oxygen to cells skin looks fresh 

      And energitic and keeps stress level 

      Down


 5) drink water

      Drink water keeps skin bright which 

      Maintain the pH level of blood Remove  

      Elasticity of the skin

 

 6) use natural herbs for skin

      Use natural herbs like aloevara at least 

      Weekly once.tomatoes on skin which 

      Will shine the skin
